Expand Microsoft® Skype® for Business with the FonComfort Server Foundation
The FonComfort Server expands Microsoft® Skype® for Business with many important additional telephony features. It serves as a server foundation and enables functions such as call pickup, group calling, individual second call handling, busy-on-busy, chained call forwarding and hot keys for speed dialing. FonComfort thus complements Skype® for Business with many features that are already familiar from the classic telecommunications sector.
With a pure client or server solution as well as a combination thereof, the FonComfort suite offers the world’s greatest flexibility with regard to customer requirements for telephony functions for Skype® for Business. The latest versions of the FonComfort Suite, which have just been released, offer numerous new features. These include caller extension to a 3-person conference within a forwarding and improved search when connecting, by displaying the most frequently used contacts. Direct connecting to specific contact channels and new function keys allow much easier switching within a single application.
Specifically adapted to the needs of users
More than 200 customer installations have been realized worldwide. Bressner Technology cites EUROVIA, a company with a nationwide market presence that covers the entire value chain in traffic route construction, as an important reference customer. EUROVIA has been successfully using Bressner’s FonComfort add-on for years.

“In the course of introducing Microsoft® Skype for Business, we found that it was far too static for telephony and brought with it a very limited range of functions. That’s why we were looking for software that would expand this range of functions accordingly and better adapt to the needs of the users. Above all, we missed features in Microsoft® Skype® for Business that are standard in common phone systems. We looked at several solutions, but apart from the FonComfort solution from Bressner Technology, these were also too static.
