Expand Microsoft® Skype® for Business with FonComfort Professional
The FonComfort Professional expands Microsoft® Skype® for Business with many important additional telephony features. It serves as a server foundation and enables functions such as call pickup, group calling, individual second call handling, busy-on-busy, chained call forwarding and hot keys for speed dialing. FonComfort thus complements Skype® for Business with many features that are already familiar from the classic telecommunications sector.
With a pure client or server solution as well as a combination thereof, the FonComfort suite offers the world’s greatest flexibility with regard to customer requirements for telephony functions for Skype® for Business. The latest versions of the FonComfort Suite, which have just been released, offer numerous new features. These include caller extension to a 3-person conference within a forwarding and improved search when connecting, by displaying the most frequently used contacts. Direct connecting to specific contact channels and new function keys allow much easier switching within a single application.
Specifically adapted to the needs of users
More than 200 customer installations have been realized worldwide. Bressner Technology cites EUROVIA, a company with a nationwide market presence that covers the entire value chain in traffic route construction, as an important reference customer. EUROVIA has been successfully using Bressner’s FonComfort add-on for years.
