Our hardware and software solutions and expansions not only simplify internal enterprise communication, but also make telephony clients such as Microsoft® Teams or Skype® for Business faster and more user-friendly.

With our FonComfort™ telephony suite you can add essential call features to your Microsoft® Skype for Business client such as call pickup, busy-on-busy, hot keys or boss/secretary and team management functions. Furthermore we offer Sangoma IP phones, wireless headsets and busy lights in our product portfolio!

Collaborative workspaces often cause disruptions for employees, which can lead to inefficiency and frustration. A solution to this problem is provided by KUANDO Busylights. As real-time presence indicators, Busylights simplify communication between employees. Visual and acoustic signals for incoming calls avoid unnecessary disturbances or walking distances altogether while improving collaboration. Additionally, ring tones and colors can be customized by user, which provides a more homogeneous and pleasant working atmosphere.

In January 2018, Sangoma Technologies announced the acquisition of all key assets of Dialogic Corporation’s Converged Communication Division (CCD), including the well-known Diva Media Boards which support voice, speech, conferencing, VoIP, modem and fax applications.

BRESSNER offers a comprehensive range of CCD products such as ISDN cards, which have since been complemented by the UC, SBC, PBX and VoIP connectivity solutions.
