Strong computing power and robust design
The Nuvo-6108GC is an edge AI GPU computing platform that supports high-end graphics cards. With support for an NVIDIA® GPU (TDP up to 250W), the platform is specifically designed for new and demanding tasks that can benefit from GPU computing performance, such as artificial intelligence inference applications, virtual reality, autonomous driving and CUDA computing.
Inside the Nuvo-0 6108GC series is an Intel® C236 chipset, the processor is a Xeon® E3 v5 or a 6th Gen Core™ i7/i5 CPU, and RAM configurations with up to 32 GB DDR4 memory (ECC/non-ECC) are also possible. The device is equipped with common computer I/O interfaces such as Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0 and serial ports. In addition to the two x16 PCIe slots for installing the GPUs, the Nuvo-6108GC has two additional x8 PCIe slots that can be used to integrate additional devices for data acquisition or data exchange.
The Nuvo-6108GC series has an intelligent power supply concept that is capable of handling the power requirements and power transients of the 250W GPU. The Nuvo-6108GC uses a patented heat dissipation design where a specially designed cold air inlet effectively dissipates the heat generated by the graphics card, providing reliable GPU performance for industrial environments. This special design guarantees operation at 60°C – even at 100% GPU load – making the Nuvo-6108GC an extremely reliable partner in the field.
