As a system integrator and value-added distributor for industrial hardware solutions, we work in a technically demanding B2B environment. Our projects combine industrial hardware, customized system solutions, international manufacturer partnerships and customer-oriented consulting. That is why we are looking for people who are an outstanding professional fit for us, want to take responsibility and are motivated to contribute their ideas to a well-coordinated team.

Step by Step Through the Application Process

The first step is your online application through our career page. Take a look at our open positions and check whether a role fits your experience, interests and next career goals. Found a suitable position? Great – then you can submit your documents directly online via the application form.

After submitting your application, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. We will then carefully review your documents and, depending on the position, involve several people in the selection process. If our feedback takes a little longer in some cases, you will receive an update on the current status of your application within 14 days at most.

If your profile is a good fit for us, we will contact you by phone and invite you directly to a personal interview at our office. In this interview, we would like to learn more about your professional experience, your motivation and your expectations. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to get to know BRESSNER, our team and our work environment better.

If it is a good fit for both sides, a second interview will follow. In this conversation, we will discuss the possible conditions, open questions and the next steps. And if everything comes together in the end: Welcome to BRESSNER!

Tips for Your Application

For your application, we mainly look at how well your experience fits the respective position, what motivation you bring and how you would like to contribute to our work environment. Please make sure that your documents are up to date and complete. If you would like to add or submit something afterwards, you can contact us at any time.

For the personal interview, it is helpful to take a closer look at the role in advance: Which tasks are particularly interesting to you? What experience do you bring with you? And where would you like to develop professionally or personally?

The interview is not only about your CV. We also want to understand how you work, what is important to you in a team and what expectations you have for your job title. Just as important is that the position and the work environment fit you. That is why you will of course have the opportunity to ask questions about tasks, the team, benefits, development opportunities or our everyday business.
