With the Digi Z45 Industrial Controller  BRESSNER Technology expands its portfolio with a compact and rugged controller solution for remote monitoring, edge automation and industrial connectivity. The Digi Z45 Industrial Controller combines PLC like control functions, SCADA ready visualization, and secure data communication in one integrated system, making it particularly well suited for distributed assets and hard to reach installations.

No Code Automation Directly on the Controller

Using the web based Automation Control application, monitoring and control processes can be configured directly on the controller. The no code toolset enables fast implementation of alarms, reports, and control logic without traditional programming.

This allows users to process sensor and process data at the edge and integrate it much faster into existing automation or SCADA environments.

Remote Monitoring and Centralized Management with Digi Axess

A key focus of the Digi Z45 is remote monitoring and centralized device management via Digi Axess. The platform provides visibility into network, platform, and application data and supports:

• customizable dashboards
• reports and alarms
• notifications via email or SMS
• mobile management of devices and assets via the Digi Axess app

This makes operating distributed systems more transparent and maintenance more predictable.

Industrial Interfaces and High Availability

For industrial applications, the Digi Z45 offers a broad selection of interfaces and protocols, including:

Rugged Design for Industrial Environments

The Digi Z45 Industrial Controller supports an input voltage range of 9 to 24 VDC, operates from -30 °C to +70 °C, and comes in a compact enclosure weighing around 0.29 kg. For demanding environments, an RMS variant with a rugged NEMA enclosure and protection ratings according to IP65/IP66 is also available.
