At BRESSNER, technical, commercial and administrative departments work closely together – from Sales, Marketing and Operations to Support, IT, Warehouse and Production, as well as HR, Accounting, Compliance, Quality Management and Executive Management. Many topics in our daily work are cross-departmental, technically demanding and closely connected to customer projects, suppliers or international partners.

Regular events where the team comes together are an important part of our culture. They are not just about sharing a meal or enjoying a nice evening, but also about appreciating successes and looking beyond one’s own area of responsibility.

Our summer party is a good example of this: After intensive work phases, it offers the opportunity to take a breath together, exchange ideas and strengthen the team spirit in a relaxed atmosphere. Formats such as company Wiesn or Christmas parties also create opportunities for personal conversations, shared memories and a stronger sense of togetherness.

There are also regular moments in everyday life at BRESSNER that strengthen our group spirit. One example is our monthly “Let’s Lunch”, where cooked food is provided for all employees. Formats like this create simple and informal opportunities to connect with each other – also across department boundaries.

Shared experiences like these often have a stronger impact than it may seem at first. People who know each other communicate more openly. People who share experiences often work together more smoothly. And people who celebrate successes together better understand how each individual contributes to the overall result.

Team Spirit Meets Partnership

In addition to internal events, shared activities with partners also play an important role. As a value-added distributor and system integrator, BRESSNER works closely with international manufacturers and strategic partners. These partnerships are not only important from a business perspective, but also shape our everyday work.

One special example was this year’s AAEON incentive event at Kartpalast. As recognition for the strong collaboration, the exceeding of shared goals and the dedication of our team, we had the opportunity to spend a special evening together with our long-standing partner AAEON Europe.

Speed, precision and performance are values we work with every day in our technical environment. That is why the racetrack was the perfect setting for this occasion: Some colleagues were able to put their driving skills to the test on the karting track, while others enjoyed bowling together. Afterwards, the team ended the evening with collective dinner.

The event stood for more than just a nice evening. It showed how successful partnerships are built: through trust, reliability, shared goals and the ambition to deliver the best possible solutions for customers. A big thank you goes to AAEON for the continuous support, trust and successful collaboration.

Especially in an internationally shaped partner environment, this is important. Complex solutions rarely happen alone. They are created through collaboration – internally as a team, with customers and with partners worldwide.
