Description
Digi One® series – compact design for simple data communication
The Digi One® provides a reliable and cost-effective way to connect any type of serial device to Ethernet. Its compact design provides cost-effective performance and capabilities in one of the smallest form factors available.
Digi One® supports a variety of protocols using serial tunneling, TCP/UDP connections, or Digi’s patented RealPort® COM port redirector for native COM port remote access. RealPort allows existing applications to communicate with serial devices over Ethernet as if they were communicating over a serial cable, without modification.
The Digi One® is easy to install locally or remotely. IP addresses can be configured via DHCP, ARP ping or the Device Discovery Utility, which automatically discovers all Digi One devices on the network. The web interface allows users to configure advanced features in their application.
